French toast rolls filled with cream cheese and strawberries

I was browsing through YouTube the other day and came across this delicious recipe, I made it once for my boys and they loved it , now I make it as often as possible.

Did I say it's extremely easy to make and super tasty? Oh yes! So so good! Healthy wholewheat bread wrapped in the goodness of light cream cheese and fresh strawberries, drizzle honey for that extra sweetness mmm.. just what you need to kick off the day.

I have also tried with blueberries, they taste just as great.
